David specialises in sourcing development opportunities & overseeing the process from inception through to completion. His expertise include the provision of advice for acquisition and disposal across all sectors, he also actively sources investment & asset management opportunities on behalf of clients.

David has recently been appointed Director at Swansea Rugby Football Club, and his background includes being the development manager at Liberty Properties (Swansea & Chester) and a Commercial Agency Surveyor at LSH (Cardiff). David also has a track record with his clients for advice with Development Feasibility / Funding / Grant Assistance.
